My new car was hit while I was not in the car. An appointment was made within 2 weeks of the incident. Traci and the staff provided a detailed explanation of the process of the repair. A rental was arranged at the time my car was dropped off. I was kept in the loop with each step until the repairs were completed The repair made my car like new again. Honest, friendly, and highly professional.I’ve used the auto repair shop, the body shop, and the car wash here, and I won't go anywhere else. The team treats you like family from the moment you walk in. They are completely honest, don't pressure you with unnecessary upsells, and they never rush you out the door. Auto Body Pros was nothing short of professional, caring, and informative throughout the entire repair process. I was working against a tight timeline, as my insurance only covered a rental vehicle for 30 days following my accident. The team kept me informed with weekly updates and maintained excellent communication every step of the way. Although some unforeseen issues arose during the repairs, they worked diligently to ensure my vehicle was completed on the 30th day. The entire process was seamless, and Traci was absolutely wonderful to work with. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care made a stressful situation much easier.
